I am a Christian sociologist, certified forgiveness life coach, and founder of Soul Care Habits — a lifestyle blog for women of faith, and the Soul Care Clinic.
I help women reframe the present stories around their past hurts so they can create a joy-filled life of freedom, anchored in forgiveness, and nourished with soul care.
My approach is Christ-centered and rooted in clinical sociology. In addition to my training as a professional life coach, I hold an M.A. in Sociology and Health Promotion, and a B.S. in Psychology.
I’ve overcame parental abandonment, childhood depression, marital separation, coparenting across continents, my husband’s untimely death, and managing me and our daughters’ grief.
In all of these, forgiveness was essential to my healing, deliverance, and breaking the chains of depression that began when I lost my daddy and best friend — whom I haven’t seen in 30+ years.
What I know for sure is that forgiveness is a soul care habit that pays dividends on your wellbeing — your mind, body, and spirit.
